Our bright and open common areas feature a variety of seating choices perfect for solo artists looking to get out of the home office, but want an upgrade from their local mermaid coffee shop. Pick your favourite spot at either location and make it yours for the day!

  • First-come common area seating
  • 2 Meeting Room hours per month

YOUR SPACE

Bring your ultra-wide monitor, succulent, bobble-heads or pictures of your dog and get ready to rock. Dedicated Desks give you a space in the common area that is just yours, every day. The coffee is on, time to crush that daily grind!
